COCOONY PLAY POD DI MARGOT STUMMER

La designer austriaca Margot Stummer si è laureata nel 2013 alla Kingston University (Londra) - (MA Product and Space degree course) .

Margot è convinta che il design debba essere funzionale ma anche bello dal punto di vista estetico. La semplicità, la purezza, il divertimento e le emozioni sono alla base del suo design.

Il suo ultimo progetto, Cocoony, esplora la giocosità e la curiosità dei bambini e i loro bisogni emozionali in termini di sicurezza. La designer ha osservato i tremendi capricci dei bambini e le loro tranquille pause per comprendere le loro esigenze dei bambini.
Ispirata dalla natura ha creato una sorta di bozzolo, che può essere trasformato in un tappeto di gioco piatto sul quale i bambini possono correre liberamente, ad un baccello tridimensionale per i momenti di riposo.

The Austrian designer Margot Stummer graduaten In 2013 from the MA Product and Space degree course at Kingston University(London).
She thinks that design should be functional but also aesthetic. Simplicity, purity, amusement and emotions are basic guidelines for her design.
Her last project, Cocoony explores the playfulness and the curiosity of young children and their emotional needs in terms of security and safe havens. The designer observed children’s terrible tantrums and peaceful pauses to understand children’s needs.
Inspired by nature and other influences she created a vibrant cocoon, which can be transformed from a flat play mat where children can run free, to a three-dimensional pod for some much needed rest and refuelling time.

Per questo motivo la designer olandese Anne-Claire Petit ha creato una serie di prodotti all'uncinetto adatti per festeggiare la nascita di un bambino, il Natale , Halloween, o anche solo per celebrare  la bellezza di un nuovo giorno. Tutti i prodotti sono ovviamente fatti a mano, all'uncinetto e con l'utilizzo di eco-cotone. ZIP e tanto altro by MUT

Una di noi è appena tornata da un viaggio in Giappone e forse per questo motivo ci hanno colpito questi tappeti...I TAPPETI ZIP sono Tappeti modulari creati per i bambini ispirati all'arte dell'origami.
ZIP RUG, è un tappeto/gioco che permette all'utente di personalizzarlo completamente intrecciandolo e generando una serie di esagoni colorati attraverso la sua sovrapposizione. Sembra complicato ma le istruzioni non mancheranno e una serie di cerniere ne facilitano l'apertura e la chiusura. 

ZIP offre tre diverse dimensioni, con uno, due e tre esagoni, e una tavolozza di colori in grado di realizzare soluzioni molto diverse e personali.
