FINE FINE STUFF is a very new label for playful and decorative minimalist design products aimed at kids and adults alike. All products are designed by graphic designer/editor Saskia Nickles who launched her label in October 2016 with an online shop and website. She is a mum of two wild boys, working and living with her family in Munich, Germany. And she loves illustrated books especially children‘s books. Her favourites find their way to her blog.

Stay tuned! Next year the product range will be extended with pillow cases, booklets for the little ones and many more prints.

PLIM by Joana Rosa Bracanca

Oggi vi presentiamo PLIM, un libro costruito a mano da Joana Rosa Braganca, che tratta il tema del caos intorno a noi, con bellissime illustrazioni e parole onamatopeiche. Joana Rosa è un'artista e illustratrice che vive nel Sud del Portogallo. Forse la ricordate per la bellissima illustrazione realizzata per il Kids Room Zoom del 2013, o forse perchè il suo libro "MY HAIR" una zine per bambini venduta da PAIORFA Editorial  è stata di recente menzionata da Frankie Magazine!
 Le pagine di questo libro, che ha anche ricevuto una Honarable Mention in occasione del Art Books Wanted 2013 di Editions Lidu, sono stati tagliati uno ad uno e uniti da un nastro di carta delicato senza cloro, che impedisce il deterioramento delle pagine. La sua copertina è stata realizzata in cartone e tenuta insieme con un nastro rosso e bianco.
Il nucleo del libro assume la forma di un "fisarmonica" e non è incollata alla copertina. Questo significa che si può interagire con esso in modi diversi e con un po' di fantasia libertà! È possibile anche esporlo in modi diversi: semiaperto, oppure in verticale sottoforma di un cerchio, o completamente allungato e aperto su una parete (è stampato su un solo lato).
Bello, vero? Per ora si tratta solo di un prototipo, il libro non è ancora in vendita....qualcuno è interessato a pubblicarlo? Se si, potete scrivere direttamente a Joana!

Today we would like to talk about the book PLIM, an handmade book by  Joana Rosa Braganca. This books is about the Chaos around us, which is represented by her beautiful illustrations and onomatopeic words. Joana Rosa is an artist and illustrator who lives in the South of Portugal. Maybe you remember the beautiful illustration created by her for the Kids Room Zoom 2013, or perhaps because her book "MY HAIR" a zine for children sold by PAIORFA Edition was recently mentioned by Frankie Magazine!
The pages of this book, which also received a Honarable Mention at the Art Books Wanted 2013 organised by Editions Lidu, were cut one by one and put together by a mild chlorine-free paper tape, which prevents the deterioration of the pages. The book Jacket is made of cardboard and kept together by a red and white ribbon.
This is an "accordion" book and the pages are not glued to the cover. This means that you can interact with it in different ways by using your fantasy! It is also possible to expose it in different ways: semi-opened, in circle, or fully stretched and opened on a wall (it is printed on one side only).
We find it more than beautiful, and you? For now it is just a prototype, should someone be interested in publishing it, please write directly to Joana!

LINEA MAMMABABY

Poco tempo fa abbiamo ricevuto da parte di Maria Elena Olcelli una piccola pochette, contenente una serie di prodotti per la cura e l'igiene dei nostri piccoli: Sapone, Bagno, Doccia Shampoo, Olio di Mandorle Dolci. 
Linea Mammababy è una  nuova linea di prodotti detergenti-cosmetici sia per bambini che per adulti , ideata da Olcelli Farmaceutici s.r.l., azienda che opera nel settore chimico-farmaceutico e dietetico alimentare da  70 anni, il connotato familiare della società ha da sempre consentito una politica aziendale dinamica e flessibile sempre volta alla puntuale risposta alle mutevoli esigenze del mercato sia da un punto di vista qualitativo che normativo.

La prima cosa che ci è piaciuta di questi prodotti è il formato mini, perchè come sapete ci piace viaggiare e questi prodotti sono perfetti per essere messi nello zaino o in valigia!
Ma questa è solo la prima di una lunga serie di caratteristiche positive che contraddistingue questi prodotti.
Innanzitutto sono prodotti Eco-friendly, infatti contengono estratti vegetali da agricoltura biologica, poi non contengono tutte quelle sostanze che sappiamo essere nocive per i nostri piccoli: parabeni, coloranti, Sles etc. Infine sono Made in Italy!
Ma non è tutto...inutile negare che anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte! E chi meglio di questi prodotti dalla grafica accattivante può attrarre mamme e bambini? Il design di questa linea è davvero bellissimo, i disegni che vedete sulle confezioni sono frutto dell'abilità pittorica dell'artista Chiara Belloni, che ci ha incantate con il Cuore -Margherita (Sapone Baby), il Pesciolino - Pasqualino (Bagno Baby), l’Orsetto - Giacomino (Doccia Shampoo Baby),la Palla – Guendalina (Olio di Mandorle Dolci Baby)...Non vi troverete davanti un anonimo flacone, ma potrete ogni inventare una storia: anche il pesce Pasqualino ama fare il bagno, anche l'orso Giacomino si cotona la chioma con un bello shampoo!


E comunque questa linea si chiama Mammababy, ed evidenzia il forte, indissolubile legame tra mamma e bambino...come si può non amarla?

Linea MammaBaby è presente all'edizione 2014 del Pitti Bimbo, che si svolge in questi giorni a Firenze!

Some weeks ago we received from Maria Elena Olcelli a small  clutch bag containing a a variety of natural, organic skin care products for kids and babies:
Soap, Bath, Shampoo and Shower Gel, Sweet Almond Oil. Linea Mammababy is a new line of skin care products-cosmetics for both children and adults, designed by Olcelli Farmaceutici s.r.l., a company that operates in the pharmaceutical and food industry for over 50 years . The connotation of the company family has always allowed and encouraged a dynamic and flexible company policy , aimed at a timely response to the changing needs of the market. 

The first thing that we appreciated of these products is their travel-size, perfect when packing for your vacation, or for creating unique gift baskets. As you know we love to travel and these products are perfect to be easily put in a backpack or suitcase!
But this is only the first of a long series of positive characteristics distinguishing these products.
First of all products are Eco-friendly, in fact, they have made all their liquids, both for children and for the grownups, with extracts from organic farming, with no artificial colors, no parabens, no SLES et. Moreover, they're Made in Italy!
But that's not all ... as you know even the eye wants its part! And yes, their graphic is really eye-catching and can attract mothers and children! The design of this line is really beautiful, the designs you see on the packaging are the result of the ability of the artist Chiara Belloni, who has enchanted us with the Heart-Margherita (Baby Soap), the small fish- Pasqualino (Bath Baby) the Baby Bear - Giacomino (Baby Shower Shampoo), the Ball - Guendalina (Sweet Almond Oil Baby) ... We are not talking about an anonymous bottle, but a wide range of bottles that will inspire you...you will feel like making up a story: "the fish Pasqualino loves to swim", "even Jack the bear is washing his head with a nice shampoo!"

Anyway, dont' forget that this line is called Mammababy (mum and baby), and highlights the strong, unbreakable bond between mothers and babies ... how can you not love it?

Che cos'è TOC TOC?
Una semplice scatola di cartone .... un contenitore a sorpresa (cosa può piacere di più a un bambino che una scatola piena di cose da scoprire?) con giochi, schede illustrative, materiali vari e piccoli oggetti, che arriva direttamente alla porta di casa tua.

Da qui  l’ispirazione per il nome e il logo: una scatola animata (perché, come ben sappiamo, nel mondo dei bambini le cose sono vive) che bussa alla porta e si presenta:  TOC TOC…box for kids

What is TOC TOC?
A simple cardboard box .... a box meant to surprise (what can be more funny  for a kid that a box full of things to discover?) with games, datasheets, various materials and small objects, which is delivered directly at your door.
This inspired Kid's Modulor and Progettincorso logo: an animated box (you all know, that in our kids' world things are alive!) that knocks on the door and introduces itself: "TOC TOC ... box for kids"

Cosa contiene TOC TOC?
Questo è un punto importante … è una sorpresa! TOC TOC propone un tema diverso ad ogni uscita legato alla scoperta della natura, della città, dei viaggi, dell' atmosfera, del cosmo, della realtà che ci sta attorno, attraverso un gioco, un’attività manuale (generalmente da realizzare con materiali di scarto o facilmente reperibili a casa) e un invito al fare, alla scoperta attraverso l’esperienza. Ogni tema, che sarà scoperto insieme al contenuto della scatola, si presenterà sempre attraverso un indovinello.
Lo scopo di TOC TOC non è quello di portare a casa contenuti scolastici. Non intendiamo dare informazioni, che facilmente possono essere reperibili su libri o su internet. La nostra proposta mira a stimolare la curiosità del bambino attraverso il gioco e l'esperienza diretta, convinte dell’idea che la motivazione più forte per un bambino sia divertirsi senza altri scopi, ma che, attraverso questi due, si impara. TOC TOC è anche un prodotto educativo perché mira a promuovere comportamenti responsabili e attenti nel bambino, di cura e di continuità verso le azioni che li invitiamo ad intraprendere, dandogli una reale utilità alle attività che proponiamo, perché sappiamo che i bambini sono motivati quando trovano un senso utilitario nel loro fare.

What is there inside?
This is an important matter... it's a surprise! TOC TOC offers a different subject every time related to the discovery of nature, the city , travels, the atmosphere , the cosmos and the world that surrounds us , through a game , an activity manual (that can be usually found in every house) and an invitation to do, to discover through experience. Each subject, which will be discovered along with the contents of the box, will always come with a riddle.The purpose of TOC TOC is not to bring home school content. They do not intend to give information, which can be easily found by reading a book or by surfing on internet. Their proposal aims to stimulate the curiosity of the child through play and direct experience, which are 2 good ways of learning. TOC TOC is also an educational product because it aims to promote responsible behavior and invites them finding a sense in what they are doing.

Sono cinque pacchetti diversi per i differenti gusti di biscotto: papavero, zenzero, sesamo, cocco e cannella.
