TRAVEN

Christian Vivanco (di lui vi avevamo parlato qui) è lieto di presentare durante il salone Maison & Objet di Parigi il risultato della sua prima collaborazione con Nido Muebles, azienda messicana dedicata allo sviluppo di un ambiente adatto per i bambini nelle proprie abitazioni. Il risultato di questo progetto prende  il nome di "Traven", in onore di un breve racconto intitolato "Cesti in serie 'dallo scrittore Bruno Traven che si riferisce al rapporto tra artigianato e l'industria del consumo contemporaneo.
Traven è composto da una famiglia di 3 elementi:
BURRO, LUNA POD e BUTTERFLY CATCHER.
Vimini, legno e feltro sono i materiali rappresentativi di questa collezione. Traven auspica a far si che i bambini possano vivere un'esperienza diversa con ognuno di questi oggetti.

Christian Vivanco (we wrote about him here) is pleased to present during Maison&Objet at Paris the result of his first collaboration with Nido Muebles, a Mexican company dedicated to the development an appropriate environment for children at home. The result of this project has the name "Traven", in honor to a short story called "Baskets in series' from the writer Bruno Traven which refers to the relationship between craft and industry of contemporary consumption.
Traven is a family of 3 Furniture pieces:
BURRO, LUNA POD and BUTTERFLY CATCHER.
Wicker, wood and felt are the representative materials of this collection. Traven seek's that children can live different experience through each of these objects.
