TUR TUR

Mr. Tur Tur is a character in one of the adventures of Jim Button and Luke the engine driver (Michael Ende), and the further away from him you are, the larger he appears to be. Consequently noone dares to come near this seemingly huge giant. Mr. Tur Tur is a very lonely person and lives withdrawn in a desert called ‘The end of the world’. When Jim and Lucas come to travel through this desert, they let him come closer and find out that he is no taller than themselves, and a very kind person indeed. Mr. Tur Tur is happy about this new friendship.

We don't know if Tur Tur appears larger when seen from far away , but we like to think so!
