&me è fondato da due sorelle creative; Jacqueline e Monique Horstmann. Jacqueline ha un background nel settore della formazione e Monique uno background creativo. &me crea oggetti di design per bambini e neonati. Tutti i loro prodotti sono realizzati a mano in Olanda e sono a favore di un mondo in cui la creatività dei bambini si trova al centro. Un mondo colorato, giocoso e aperto, in cui i bambini desiderano imparare. Un mondo dove tutto è permesso e dove non tutto è preso troppo sul serio. &me progetta prodotti per il mondo del bambino e lo fa utilizzando un linguaggio chiaro con forme preesistenti, gli archetipi. Le idee e il processo di progettazione convergono in forme di artigianato, che resta al centro del loro design. La tecnica definisce il linguaggio, incorporando tecniche tradizionali e industriali. L'utilizzo di materiali naturali e la creazione di forme senza tempo rende &me un brand a favore di  prodotti equi e onesti.

&me is founded by two creative sisters; Jacqueline & Monique Horstmann. Jacqueline has a education background and Monique an creative background.  &me makes design objects for kids and babies. The products are handmade and produced in the Netherlands. &me stands for a world in which creativity for children stands central; colourful, playful and open, children wanting to learn. A world where anything goes and where not everything is taken too seriously. They develop products for the world of the child. Using a clear language with archetype shapes. Craftmanship, from where the ideas and the design process come from, stand central in our designs. The technique defines the language, incorporating both traditional and industrial techniques. Using natural materials and timeless forms, they stand for fair and honest products.
