Come sapete siamo state al Salone Satellite di Milano.
700 tra studenti e giovani designer under 35 hanno presentato i loro progetti. Noi ne selezioneremo alcuni per voi, iniziando da PLAYMOBILIA di Tania Da Cruz.
Tania da Cruz nasce a Lisbona (Portogallo), cresce a Bruxelles (Belgio) e infine approda in Italia. Nel 2011 presenta le sue prime creazioni partecipando al Salone Satellite del Salone del Mobile di Milano e nel 2013, partecipando per la seconda volta vince il primo premio del Satellite Award.
Oggi lavora come freelance a Milano nella realizzazione di nuovi prodotti.
In occasione dell’edizione 2014 del Salone Satellite Tania ha presentato i suoi bellissimi sgabelli, ispirati dalle pettinature dei giocattoli Palymobil. Sono bellissimi, perfetti per grandi e piccini!

It has been Salone Satellite week in Milan. 700 students and young designers from all over the world were on show. We’ve been there and picked some of them.
One of them is Tania Da Cruz. Tania da Cruz was born in Lisbon (Portugal), grew up in Brussels (Belgium) and finally landed in ItalyShe exhibit her first collection at Salone Satellite at Milano Design Week in 2011 and won the 1st price at the Salone Satellite
Award 2013.
Today, Tania is working in Milano as a freelance product designer.
Tania Da Cruz's PLAYMOBILIA is what we saw in Milan: three stools inspired by the wigs of famous toys (see the heads of Lego toys). We can find clear references to our childhood, her pieces of furniture are perfect both for adults and for kids.
