PUFF AND FLOCK

Sono solo prototipi, ma sono davvero bellissimi!
Trattasi di una collezione di mobili per bambini creata da Stuart Melrose in collaborazione con 'Puff and Flock' una famosa industria tessile con sede a Londra
Questo progetto tenta di riportare in vita oggetti inanimati con la fantasia di un bambino. 'The little guy', una cassettiera galleggiante (forse un po' inquietante), 'Phil me in' ​​un comò e l'armadio 'Medusa' sembrano catturare in egual maniera il cuore dei "grandi" e quello dei più piccoli!
Questi prototipi sono realizzati in rovere e hanno le superfici laccate, e hanno imbottiture in tessuto fatte a mano.

These are just prototypes but we find them lovely!
We are talking about this playful collection of children’s furniture in collaboration with Stuart Melrose and the London based textile collective ‘Puff and flock’. The pieces try and realise the coming to life of inanimate objects in a child’s imagination. ‘The little guy’ floating drawers, ‘Phil me in’ chest of drawers and ‘Medusa’ cupboard seem to equally capture the hearts of the ‘big kids’ out there as well as the little ones!

These prototypes are made from oak and lacquered surfaces, as well as beautifully handmade upholstered textiles for the playful effect. Please contact Stuart Melrose if you are interested in these prototypes or would like something similar.
